Return/Refund Policy
The company accepts product returns or exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs for the delivery. If this period has passed, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.
Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, undamaged from use, and unaltered. This includes retaining the price tags, brand tags, original bicycle box, manuals, and packaging in the same condition as when delivered. Proof of purchase, photographic evidence, and a confirmation document from the service center verifying the damage must also be provided.
Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or repairs at the main office must be borne by the customer in all cases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please record a video while unboxing the received product as evidence. Without such a video, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.
Customers must notify the company immediately upon discovering any product issues via the following channels:
The 7-day return/exchange warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product, counted as Day 1, regardless of the time of receipt.

Exchanges are limited to the damaged product only. If accessories are damaged, they will be repaired instead of replaced.
Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is required for product exchanges. The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories intact.
