Return/Refund Policy

1. The company accepts product returns or exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs for the delivery. If this period has passed, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.

2. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, undamaged from use, and unaltered. This includes retaining the price tags, brand tags, original bicycle box, manuals, and packaging in the same condition as when delivered. Proof of purchase, photographic evidence, and a confirmation document from the service center verifying the damage must also be provided.

3. Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or repairs at the main office must be borne by the customer in all cases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Please record a video while unboxing the received product as evidence. Without such a video, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.

Customers may return or exchange products under the following conditions:

1. The product is the wrong model, color, or size.
2. The product differs significantly from or does not resemble the images displayed on the product detail page.
3. The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon receipt.
4. The company reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned products before dispatching a replacement.
5. Returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases where:
   • The customer is dissatisfied with the product.
   • The customer wishes to exchange for a different model.
   • The customer ordered the wrong model.
   • The bicycle has been assembled and test-ridden.
6. The company reserves the right to accept returns or exchanges only under the policies and conditions set by the company.
7. Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of product refunds.
8. For bicycles shipped in boxes, the assembly will be completed up to 85%, and assembly fees are not included.

Return/Exchange Policy for Products within 7 Days

1. The 7-day return/exchange warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product, counted as Day 1, regardless of the time of receipt.

   • Example:

     • Customer 1 receives the product on Day 1 at 11:00 AM.
     • Customer 2 receives the product on Day 1 at 6:00 PM.
     • The warranty period for both customers starts on Day 1 and ends on Day 7.

   • Exchanges are limited to the damaged product only. If accessories are damaged, they will be repaired instead of replaced.

   • Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is required for product exchanges. The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories intact.

   • Damaged products must meet the warranty conditions and be in the specified condition.

2. For products with unclear or intermittent issues that are not immediately apparent during initial inspection, the company reserves the right to evaluate them under its conditions.

3. The inspection process for returned or repaired products may take approximately 15-20 business days.

Refund Policy

1. For customers who paid in full or in installments via credit cards issued by registered banks in Thailand, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for payment. This process takes approximately 30 business days from the date the customer is notified by the call center, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the issuing bank.

2. For customers who paid in full via counter service or cash on delivery, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer. This process takes approximately 30 business days from the date the customer is notified by the Call Center (Tel: 094-7031888).

3. The company reserves the right to extend the refund period beyond the stated timeframe in cases of force majeure.

4. The company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice.

Shipping and Assembly

For online orders, such as bicycles, the product will be shipped pre-assembled up to 85% and packed in durable boxes.

Warranty for Bicycles

The warranty period is as follows:

• Standard Frame: 1 year
• Paintwork: 1 year
• OEM Parts: Warranty conditions depend on the respective brand.
