GUSTO BICYCLE AND FRAMESET WARRANTY INFORMATION
Lifetime Warranty On Bicycles and Framesets
GUSTO BIKE warrants to the original owner that each new GUSTO bicycle or frameset is free of defective materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original owner but is subject to the following limitations, terms and conditions.
The lifetime limited warranty is conditional upon the bicycle being operated under normal conditions and used, and properly maintained in accordance with the owner’s handbook (as supplied with the GUSTO bicycle, frame, chassis or rolling chassis).
This lifetime warranty does not apply to paint/finish, any GUSTO components considered subject to normal wear and tear, or any third-party components attached to the bicycle or frameset. This includes but is not limited to wheels, drivetrain, brakes, or any suspension-related parts or components.
Any GUSTO components considered subject to normal wear and tear are covered under a limited one (1) year warranty. The duration of this limited warranty shall be one (1) year, commencing from the date the customer takes possession of the bicycle.
GUSTO components considered subject to normal wear and tear will be listed in the Technical Supplement and/or User Manual provided with the bicycle. Any and all third-party components included with or installed on GUSTO bicycles are subject to any manufacturer’s guarantee that applies to those components, as specified by the manufacturer.
Additional Conditions:
This lifetime limited warranty is made solely to the original owner of this new GUSTO bicycle or frameset and shall remain in force only as long as the original owner retains ownership of the GUSTO bicycle. GUSTO’s lifetime limited warranty is not transferable.
If the bicycle is purchased as a gift, the original recipient of the gift is considered to be the original owner for the purposes of this lifetime limited warranty.
In order to exercise your rights under this lifetime limited warranty, the bicycle or frameset must be presented to GUSTO or an authorized GUSTO dealer, together with a receipt, bill of sale, or other appropriate written proof of purchase that identifies the bicycle or frameset by serial number.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS:
The above warranty, or any implied warranty, does not cover:
Modifications from the original condition except for such modifications are necessary to comply with specific national legislative requirements that may apply in the country of use.
Normal wear and tear.
Use of the bicycle for abnormal and/or commercial activities, or for purposes other than those for which the bicycle was designed.
Damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual.
Paint finish and decal damage resulting from normal wear and tear, taking part in a competition, jumping, downhill and/or training for any such events or as a result of exposing the bicycle to, or riding the bicycle in, severe conditions or climates.
Labour and/or transport charges for full or part replacement, repair, return or changeover.
Accident, neglect, improper handling, abuse or willful damage, misuse, improper assembly, and use of devices or components not originally intended for, or not compatible with the bicycle.
Any alteration or repair by you or a third party who is not one an authorized GUSTO technician.
Any specification provided by you. Remedy: Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above GUSTO warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of GUSTO.
Except for this remedy, GUSTO will not be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential loss or damages, including, without limitation, loss or damages for personal injury, property damage or economic losses, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability or any other theory.
WARNING: We do not approve the use of a single piece type press fit bottom bracket on our frames. Use of this style of the bottom bracket may result in damage to the bottom bracket shell, which will not be covered under warranty.
Nothing in this limited warranty will exclude or limit GUSTO’s liability for death or personal injury caused by GUSTO’s negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by law. Unless you are a consumer, GUSTO makes no other warranties, express or implied and all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, reasonable care, and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.
MISCELLANEOUS:
In the event that GUSTO prevails in any court action, you agree to reimburse GUSTO for the expenses, including attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation incurred by GUSTO in defending against your claim.
Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to additional fees and restrictions. |

Return/Refund Policy

The company accepts product returns or exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs for the delivery. If this period has passed, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.

Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, undamaged from use, and unaltered. This includes retaining the price tags, brand tags, original bicycle box, manuals, and packaging in the same condition as when delivered. Proof of purchase, photographic evidence, and a confirmation document from the service center verifying the damage must also be provided.

Shipping costs for returns, exchanges, or repairs at the main office must be borne by the customer in all cases. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please record a video while unboxing the received product as evidence. Without such a video, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.
Customers may return or exchange products under the following conditions:
- The product is the wrong model, color, or size.
- The product differs significantly from or does not resemble the images displayed on the product detail page.
- The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon receipt.
- The company reserves the right to inspect the condition of returned products before dispatching a replacement.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted in cases where:
- The customer is dissatisfied with the product.
- The customer wishes to exchange for a different model.

- The bicycle has been assembled and test-ridden.
- The company reserves the right to accept returns or exchanges only under the policies and conditions set by the company.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of product refunds.
- For bicycles shipped in boxes, the assembly will be completed up to 85%, and assembly fees are not included.

Return/Exchange Policy for Products within 7 Days

The 7-day return/exchange warranty starts from the day the customer receives the product, counted as Day 1, regardless of the time of receipt.

- Customer 1 receives the product on Day 1 at 11:00 AM.
- Customer 2 receives the product on Day 1 at 6:00 PM.
- The warranty period for both customers starts on Day 1 and ends on Day 7.

Exchanges are limited to the damaged product only. If accessories are damaged, they will be repaired instead of replaced.

Proof of purchase (receipt or tax invoice) is required for product exchanges. The product must be returned in its original box with all accessories intact.

Damaged products must meet the warranty conditions and be in the specified condition.

For products with unclear or intermittent issues that are not immediately apparent during initial inspection, the company reserves the right to evaluate them under its conditions.

The inspection process for returned or repaired products may take approximately 15-20 business days.
Refund Policy

For customers who paid in full or in installments via credit cards issued by registered banks in Thailand, refunds will be credited back to the same card used for payment. This process takes approximately 30 business days from the date the customer is notified by the call center, depending on the credit card billing cycle of the issuing bank.

For customers who paid in full via counter service or cash on delivery, refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the customer. This process takes approximately 30 business days from the date the customer is notified by the Call Center (Tel: 094-7031888).
