Return/Refund Policy
The company accepts product returns or exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs for the delivery. If this period has passed, the company reserves the right to decline any returns or exchanges.

This includes retaining the price tags, brand tags, original bicycle box, manuals, and packaging in the same condition as when delivered.
