The 32 is the pioneering top model from FOX for cross-country and marathon use. 32 mm stanchions with low-friction KASHIMA coating, enormous stiffness values at the level of the FOX 34 step-cast forks, exclusive SKF seals, and the closed cartridge ensure sensitive responsiveness and long service life. Different tuning options ensure the best performance on the trail if they are set correctly are. And that's exactly where the problem lies. Many hobby drivers are overwhelmed and do not fully utilize the potential of their chassis due to incorrect settings. The result is more frustration than pleasure when biking. To prevent such problems in the future, Fox thought about and developed the 2-pos system. This extremely simplifies the adjustment of the pressure levels and the coordination of the spring elements with each other and thus enables an unprecedented performance and harmony of your chassis. 32 SC chassis design The striking shape of the dip tube design is not just for the look. With the Step-Cast (SC) fork chassis of the 32 series, FOX uses a slim design to save weight. The step in the lower part of the fork creates space for the spokes and the brake rotor. The 32 SC fork scores with excellent driving characteristics. 32 mm stanchions and generously overlapping bushings ensure precise implementation of the steering impulses. 2- POS-FIT4 The fourth generation of the patented and encapsulated FIT4 (FOX Isolated Technology) cartridge system offers two pressure level positions (open and fixed) that can be adjusted while driving, for adaptation to the terrain conditions at any time. The forks of the Factory series also have a low-speed compression setting with 22 clicks in open mode, so that the driver can perfectly adapt the spring behavior to his preferences. The FIT4 cartridge damper has been revised based on the award-winning HSC / LSC damper so that all forks now have a significantly more powerful damper. This year, the FIT4 damper has been updated with an adjustment that ensures more sensitivity and still a firm hold. EVOL The response of the fork is significantly improved by the enlarged negative air chamber. This increases comfort because the breakaway torque has been reduced. Also, a more linear spring characteristic offers better performance, especially in the middle travel ranges. FLOAT AIR SPRING The FLOAT air spring system reduces the breakaway torque and thus offers a highly sensitive fork and full comfort even with small impacts. And for every driver type and with different air pressure. Similar to the FLOAT struts, the FLOAT suspension system is characterized by a positive and a negative air chamber, which automatically balances each other when driving. Every driver thus enjoys the advantages of the correct, precisely balanced air pressure in both air chambers. The progression of the spring characteristic can be adjusted with our air volume spacers - which enables every driver to precisely adjust the characteristics of the air spring. AIR VOLUME SPACERS The FLOAT air spring of our forks and struts can be fine-tuned by using volume spacers to adjust the spring elements more progressively or less progressively. This allows the driver to fine-tune the suspension exactly according to his needs.
